Maybe you should add mining tool 3dos or carts or something to make it look industrial.

will this one have jump pads like the others?

If so i think it would cool if you had a jump pad right in the middle that would randomly launch a player in one of eight directions when steped on. It'd be a great git away.
You could also implement a roulet where you could be sent off the skybox 1 out of 9 times.

Being a big fan of the DT levels, I think that when you get to DT 10, name it
"Dark Tempest X"
With an italic metallic lookin X there. Make it all like a mix of them w/ a changing skybox and shifting platforms and and and and and and...........................
that one trap thingie and MIST would be cool. try and make it rain too. or have random Force lightning come down to serve as lightning to add that "Final Battle" sorta theme there with some fire and stuff. Wow. Just spitting out ideas without even getting paid. How nice of me. [http://forums.massassi.net/html/smile.gif] But if its gonna be the last one, make it worth remebering ya know? Flashy. Spazzy. Shnazzy. Ya. Can't wait man.

Thee as force lightning coming down in the 4th one, and it didn't look too good. Maybe an animated mat would e better.

There was only force lightning in the very first dark tempest, which was all 8-bit and crappy looking. The other ones after that had huge bright white lightning in the distance.
