Or should I go with the smoother, drift style snow instead of dark/light footprinted type snow?

Personally, I like snow b. It dosn't feel as cluttered (probably cause it's scaled [http://forums.massassi.net/html/smile.gif])

The snow looks nice.....but....looks too '3D'....like, you shouldn't be able to stand on something flat that looks like it's popping out. I dunno....maybe it's just me. [http://forums.massassi.net/html/tongue.gif]

B looks better and smoother than A but show one with the other snow text(if that's what you meant) to show the difference

It isn't just you. 3D images projected onto a 2D surface usually don't work very well.

That is very true, and I had that in mind because while playing this level, most of the time you will be really high looking down, and if you are at the bottom you will PROBABLY be looking up.

They booth look horrid. Sorry if that sounds harsh. But a basic flat white texture would look more realistic. This is coming from a cannuck btw [http://forums.massassi.net/html/tongue.gif]

i think they both look like water. Too blue. Get rid of the ripples and add blurred static or something.

Hmmm... The Rock walls needs to be WAY more rural. You can see that you did some roughening, but it's still practically a cube.

could I have that snow mat [http://forums.massassi.net/html/tongue.gif] I like snow B better personally, it just seems more natural (if it were a tad whiter itd be perfect). Also, those rock walls do need some work... looks good tho [http://forums.massassi.net/html/wink.gif]
