Hi, i just began a Matrix TC for JO. At first, it was only for my LAN Party friends but it's now so big and cool that i might release it someday :O

And if mappers could help me, like cazor and is great Chateau mod, it would be a really great TC.

This is quite an ambitious project, but it looks like you're doing a good job on it. I like the menu.

I'm not sure at this moment, but im thinking that if the Chateau mod keeps growing as it has been, and we get a few more maps, we might just turn it into a TC. Of course for now its just a mod, because we dont want to get carried away and call it a TC, yet.

Great job on getting the katanas in JO! I just with there was a way to remove the glow on the floor. And yeah, nice menu, i like how you chnaged the saber colors to green

thanks all, but does anybody knows how to change the Star Wars : Jedi Outcast title ? As u can see,i changed the background of the title to a Matrix title, but i am still stuck with this Star Wars Jedi Outcast title.

Keep in mind that JO isn't the most moddable game around. You might be better off waiting for JA.

Very nice. Is it possible to change the HUD more? It needs finishingness.

The menu is awesome. Don't feel you need to keep the JO logo and title... Replace them with more Matrix-themed elements.

Also, I suggest you befriend a JO editor with the English version of the game, who will translate the menus (and possibly in-game text) for you. Menus would be easy.

Ya the HUD need a little finishingness but it's one of the last thing, i'm gonna do.

i still have to mod some guns to real existing gun and i still have problemes with my models.

but after that, i've finish.

I have to ask this, as it seems a little fishy. I also have to put it in bold, as it is a major issue that mustn't be overlooked.

Did you ask the authors of those skins and that level for their permission to use their creations, or are you just throwing together other people's stuff and calling it a TC?

Sorry if I sound harsh, but I've seen far too much of that kind of thing already.

Nice pictures of the Matrix code shouldn't be to hard to come by. I don't know if it's the jpg compression in your code, or the jpg compression of the screen, but it doesn't look decidedly wonderful. It also looks like it repeats. Add onto this the fact that you want to "retouch" the rabbit, not going to be easy.

If you want some help comming up a better picture of the Matrix code, feel free to give me a shout. I've got tons of touched up code made from the teaser posters, etc. If not, that's cool too.

if i release it would be only for the work have done, 'cause the levels a quite big and could not fit in a mod

And yes its the compression that giving this ugly contrast to my pics, i used ms paint ( voilà lol ) for screenshot, 'cause photoshop is just eating my RAM. so with JO, it would not be easy to saves all thoses screenshots.

i just finish the rabbit, it was'nt so bad, it was only that, before, we could se the sabre trew the rabbit :S

and the screenshot of the main menu is really cool in real. the code is moving up and just flashing a little

Finally for Thrawn42689:
only the levels, the katana and the agent isnt from me. But Neo ( from the matrix ) and neo ( from the matrix reloaded ), trinity, morpheus and a swatt skin are made by me.

i just wanna know if people tought my work was cool or not. after all, its the showcase and its made for that

finally, if my work could help a big TC for the matrix, or if somebody start a group, i would be happy to help, but not to start it all. ( i live outside the computer world after all )

Anyway, I'd like to see the other skins you made. They sound neat.

1) How do you make a TC for a game when the greatest accomplishment for the game is 1,000,000 Reborn Reskins, and a few Server Side cheat mods?

2) Why would you show 2 things of your own, and 4 of someone elses, and not meantion that you only made some of the features displayed on this thread?

3) So, you've got 5 skins, katana's that look like rubber blow up bats, that glow, a level that isn't even yours, and a broken menu background? Sounds like TC material to me. What do you PLAN to do? Why should I be excited about this TC?

4) Thrawn and Cazor have a true Mod going on, because they're actually editing it, and not just throwing together a bunch of skins. I really hope they don't make the move to TC and ruin their project, but if anyone could do it, it'd be them. You're best off to just offer them your help in Skinning, rather then risking your project to the masses that know it won't work.

5) DON'T CALL THINGS TC UNLESS YOU PLAN ON FAILING! Seriously, you're doing this in your free time, and without a deticated, payed team, you couldn't possibly edit everything there is to edit, trust me, I found that out the hard way. Just go with goals more attainable, that you KNOW are possible. Your best bet is to wait for JA and just edit that, because it's going to be a **** -good game to edit... even if it'll suck alone...

Sorry if I sound too harsh, but someone was going to say the above eventually, it just happened to be me.

I got the exact same treatment when I came out with my horrid ideas for Epic: Episode 1 TC. Now that I've got all the resources for it, it's a lot more attainable goal. I'm just saving him the pain of it failing in 2 weeks rather then yesterday.
