Looks nice, a little dark(o) though, but nice. Is this going to be a mod?? (I don't believe i saw that gun before, that's why i think it)

a) It's supposed to be dark
b) I'm going to add SOME weapon models (given that I don't abandon this), but the gun isn't one of them. It's the Blade Mk2 you can get both here and at JK2files.com

If you abandon this, I will personally hunt you down and super glue you to your computer until you finish. This is too elite to be abandoned.

I the second shot... I never caught what those were in JO... are they cloning cylinders? At least... that's what I assumed they were... Or are those the things used to infuse people with the Force?

I'm using them as clone vats, but I think they were originally for infusing with the force.

It's not a Star Wars level, it's set in my own ill-advised universe.

These shots aren't as interesting...

This one is a clone vat with occupant...the room its in has not even begun to be done, but I liked the way the vat turned out. The Shadow Trooper inside is probably just a place-holder.

And here we have the very first thing I made in this map...not all that impressive, and hard to get a full shot of, but it's a holding/observation cell.

I promise better shots next time.

Nah, they were used in kejim_base, in the same room were you "overpower" some other cilinders in order to get to the shield powerup..

cf9 is a good example of architecture that doesn't have to be overly detailed or elaborate to look nice.

Ok, I've run into a strange error...for some reason, certain shaders in certain areas are appearing foggy. You'll see what I mean in these next two pics. Flat gray areas, such as between the slats on the main machine, the pipes connecting up to the ceiling, and the big pipe over the main machine, are supposed to be shaders...three different ones, in fact.

The weird thing is, this only happens to a few shaders, and only in certain areas. These are all shaders from the original game, so there shouldn't be a problem with the shaders themselves. The weirdest are on the two tube holders there...the flat gray areas are shaders. I constructed that tube holder structure in a different area of my level, and just copied and pasted. In the original, the shaders work, but on these two, they're foggy. If anyone can help me or point me to a site that can, I'd be thankful.

Excellent job, Darko! THe lighting is very good, and as for the shader problem, it really doesn't seem that noticeable to me in the screenshots.

Congratulations on SotD! [http://forums.massassi.net/html/biggrin.gif]

..wow...I got SotD...cool.

And the shader problem is noticable if you know what they SHOULD look like...all those flat gray areas in the last two pics should be mechanical looking with a blue glow/shimmer...so in theory, the last two shots are a lot cooler than they look.

Oh, okay, forgive me, I'm really not terribly familiar with JO or the Quake III engine.

Hi!
Nice place! I could perhaps help you with a humming sound that will be perfect for this place... Maybe, perhaps, almost likely...

Ok, solved the shader problem...turns out it was the pulsating effect I had set on one of the lights (which kinda sucks because the effect was pretty cool). So I set the light to normal and the shaders work fine now. I'm still tweaking the lighting in this room, and the architecture isn't 100% done, but here's a bit update:

It looks very detailed. I like the clone vat, assuming that's what it is. could you give some info about your storyline, since this is SP, unless of course you don't want to reveal anything yet.

The arux (hehe..) looks great! So does everything else!

But in the third to last shot, the bluish panel like things look a bit out of place..
