This is the AGA Magnetizer Cruiser/Carrier. Largest class vessel in teh AGA fleet... it's main weapon is a trio of Heavy Mag Laser cannons used for disabling vessels. They can only rotate one plane though, giving it some blind spots though. The cruiser is covered with tons of batteries of varying strength, and two side mounted wings contain three enormous warhead racks (per wing). Relatively Slow and not very agile compared to lower class cruisers, so it requires fighter cover from the hangar on it's dorsal side and smaller support cruisers. Colour scheme not quite determined yet.





any comments? Not sure how much I'm gonna mess with it, it's already taken me atleast 12 hours, but I'd like to hear opinions anyhow.

Awesome.

For the color scheme, it should reflect what the the occupants are...

If they're evil, a black (or dary gray with lots of shadows, it would work better against a starry background) scheme with red accents would immediately show the viewer that they're evil... (green would also work here).

Neutral ships can be beige or gray, with no outstanding accent color.

Good ships can be blue.

Of course, these are just examples I've drawn up from my mind, other people may have different reactions to different colors... I think black is universal tho.

I think I like the blue idea... it'll probably be a light grey/light steel-gray with blue markings and accents. Peraps a bit of green in places, not sure.

I dunno, I've always liked the idea of something being so evil it's white.

Example: Saruman.

Of course... It's a hard thing to pull off and make look right...

But Saruman was of the many colours...

Oh, yes, and for size comparison: this is what it would look like with two cutters trying to scrape teh hull with they bottom tines. More useful against, say, and AGA Frigate than this beast

BTW, if you didn't catch on, most of my speel about colors I subconsciously took from Gene Roddenberry... ¬_¬ Yes, good old Gene had to think about the colors of HIS ships too...
