looks pretty good. I love seeing stuff that other people do in animation master.

My only crit would be his beak. IMO, it would look better shorter and wider, but you're the artist.

I think I see why he looks like someone took a crowbar to his face. As ZOOIkes said, his eyes look... strange. A simple cartoon eye (all white with simple black pupil) would make him look normal, right now it just looks like he's got some greyish holes in his head that are leaking motor oil... or something.

Give him cartoony eyes, as was suggested (cartoony eyes wouldn't hurt the penguin either).
