Looking good, but couldn't you have used a temporary simple grey texture instead of dflt.mat, just to make it look better, if you know what I mean? Just a suggestion

If it was all gray, like the MotS dflt.mat (which is really 00base2.mat or something), it would all run together. It doesn't have the contrast of that one.

Because, why waste the time to texture a 3do in detail, if you are not even sure if the 3dos will work in game.. I think it's better to make the 3do, and if it works ingame, go back and texture it... seems to me it is the smart and efficient thing to do....

to make it so that the 3dos won't disappear, all you have to to is make sure the entire 3do is in only 1 sector... if the 3do crosses over 2 or 3 sectors, it will disappear when you look at it at certain angles...

ps. there is a cog made by GBK that prevents the flickering of a 3do that is in 2+ sectors.

If one of the clauses in the intrustions for SotD wasn't "must be textured", I'd give it SotD; instead, I'll just drool... a lot.
