IMO, I think it looks too flat, lots of your other works look like a real picture, but this one seems to be a little too 2D looking, and the color choice in some parts somehow seems almost a bit cartoonish (in the middle where the lines are) Don't get discouraged, this is just my opinion, but still a job well done.
