Thanks to Thrawn42689 for the pretty little render.

All 8960 Pollygons are welden when possible. This is quite frankly the cleanest model I've ever made. Took a full 2 hours to do the turret and cannon, another 3 and a half for the base, 2 hours for the wheels, and then another half an hour for small details. The total amount of time was 8 hours and 20 minutes. The entirety of the model was done simply for practice purposes. (This would possibly Blow JK's brains out)

Anyway, the turret seems a little short, and the sides of the turret look strange with those triangles showing up like that. Still, it's your best yet. [http://forums.massassi.net/html/smile.gif]

I'll see what I can do. Those triangles showing up are due to my bad movement of verticies. I can fix that easily. I just noticed I need a bit more detail on the roof of the turret, perhaps some entenis, some radio gear, etc.

Cool tank. *cough* Where do you guys get these things to render lookin' so cool? I'm stuck using JOKE to get a half-decent render, and even then, it has a lousy sky blue background... O_o

If anything, I'd make the barrel a tiny bit longer. Does it have tracks? =P

Look pretty. Nice modeling.

BUT....nearing 9000 polys seems quite high. Either clean up the mesh (which it sounds like you already did) or get rid of some detail and let the textures add detail.

Also, the tread doesn't touch the top of the wheels...it should sag down like in the ref picture.

All in all good job.

I've decided to redo this model with more attention to details, and less attention to polygons :-D

To Murc: It's not for any game, so it really doesn't matter the amount of polygons. And also note, the you can't see the tread from that reference picture. What you mistaked for tread is the guard.

Texturing isn't just something you do. Texturing takes quite a bit of skills with photoshop, and I don't have those skills.
