Mind you that this is just a quick c/p job in photoshop to see what the background buildings will look like as a portal sky. Hence the screwy lighting.

Please do not ask the following questions, or questions about anything tangentially related:

"When will it be released?"

"Are you porting it to JA?"

"Can I beta?"

"Why is the skybox pixellated?"

etc

A desperate disease requires a dangerous remedy.

A major source of objection to a free economy is precisely that it gives people what they want instead of what a particular group thinks they ought to want. Underlying most arguments against the free market is a lack of belief in freedom itself.

Just isn't visible in that shot, gothic. It will be eventually. The lighting will change accordingly.

not as big as you're thinking, probably. the big buildings in the background will be rendered in minature and then projected as a skybox, thus creating the illusion that the actual level is in the middle of a massive city.

Since its a custom map, it will work for JA and JO. but the lighting might be too bright in JO because of JA's dynamic lighting... maybe. anyways... yeah... manbabies... its wonderful, the usual. [http://forums.massassi.net/html/smile.gif]

If he's doing a portal skybox than that = no JO. JO doesn't support portal skyboxes.

Beyond that, you all know you're going to end up getting JA anyways... [http://forums.massassi.net/html/smile.gif] Besides, more capable engine = better for Sine and better for us!
