That is very disturbing!

The face doesn't seem to match the eye. Maybe you could make it a little transparent.

It is transparent, it's just that this eye, like most eye has a black pupil... the face was almost purely white like this: http://forums.massassi.net/html/Forum5/HTML/010368.html

The eye doesn't seem to be refelcting the face, if that was the effect you were going for. Try adding a little bit of light to the pupil, so it appears to be 'shining through' the reflected image, if you follow me.
