If by flat shades, you mean the model without subsurf turned on..



This wasn't designed for a game or anything, so parts of the model weren't finished after I chose the camera angle.

The rain is also something I'm not happy with right now, but I'm sure I'm overlooking a simple solution.

Yeah, one day I hope to get it animated. That's my goal for this year.

Many people have different views on dragons, so I really won't say how much the head doesn't look like my kind of dragon's head. If you're wondering how to make it appealing to most DnD fans, you'd make the face more dog like, with a rounder snout, and more broad features. Other than my personal complaints, I think he could use some living-ness. Maybe a battle defect, some horns, more defined teeth, and overall more realism. Great modeling though, no real complaints there.
