It looks like a sleeping giant with his claws wrapped around his knees. Took me about twenty seconds of hard staring to come to that conclusion (whether or not it be correct, you tell me).

Ok, no need to be rude about it. Like Cazor said, give us another view, because it is extremely hard to make out the perspective from the current angle and with no texturing. Why do you keep on releasing all this stuff anyway. Your level is all about fear and suspense, why ruin the surprise for people by showing them everything before they get to play it. David McHale for example was much more secretive about his various projects, and when he first released "Aliens: Terror on Sigma 51-A", it blew everyone's socks off, becasue not many people realized just how "realistic" the aliens actually were.

Just a suggestion. . . I think you should go for maximum effect here.

I see that too. However, after reading Spiral's post I see that the thing that looks like a head is his nose. Look at it from that angle! Looks like a face to me, good job.

What would be cool is if you made the teeth 3dos, and when the player enters into the mouth, they seal shut behind him, with some terryfying custom sound effect! Now that would be cool!
