Active Desktop is fun. (And yes, the two "windows" in the lower right corner can be moved around.)

The icons' size can be changed, the icons can be put on top of the text, on the bottom, or to the right, as well as to the left. The text and/or the icons can be hidden, and in addition to being able to hide either "window", you can also un-hide a currently hidden address box, in which you can type a url and open a new browser window.

On top of that, the background for each individual item can be set to a color, or it all can be gradientized so it has a neat fade effect between icons.

And theres even a little more in there, if you can beleive that. :^)

Anyone wanna see a pic showcasing some of this other stuff I've described?

Please, do something to get rid of all of those icons on the desktop. I simply don't understand how ANYONE can work with that many up there. How can you even FIND anything reasonably fast? Find a filing system other than throwing everything in alpha order on the desktop... I mean, why bother to have a desktop picture if you can't see it?

Yeah, that is totally unneeded. Have folders and place everything accordingly(sp).

Still guys, folders are your friends. The Quicklaunch is your friend.

Active desktop can be enabled by right-clicking on the desktop, going into properties, clicking the Web tab and checking "Show Web Content On My Active Desktop". I've never found a worthwhile use for anything it really has to offer.

As for the WinXP tour, I've not a clue.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but emulators themselves are legal, but you need to own the game for the ROMs to be legal. Whatever, anyway that's way too many icons, many of which I'm sure you don't even use. I mean, that's what the start menu's for.

Heh, I know the emu icons would be noticed really quick... and btw for some reason unknown to me I wanted every single program on my comp to have an icon here hehe... eh, I'll prolly get rid of the useless ones eventually.

And I did it all thanks to javascript. *huggles*

I'll upload this eventually somewhere... I'll prolly make some new features by then and a thread to showcase them.
