And yes. ROMS are legal. If you don't own the games you have to delete in 24hrs (unless you own the games).

Actually, that's not true. A ROM site made that up, hoping it would make Nintendo/Sega/Sony pacified. If you don't own a game, the moment you download the ROM you have broken the law by essencially stealing from whatever companies were involved in the making of that game.

He's right.

Also, the stupid stuff about how law enforcement is not allowed to view a webpage or they can't criminally indite them holds no legal standing either, such as the notice found on TDiR's website.
