It's not the patriotism that should make you puke, JK. Patriotism is great. It's the fact that it's presented as a US domination type thing.

I love the US. I don't think the US should just blow stuff up. (which a lot of ......erm......um.....how to put this....."foreigners" (just a few friends of mine, not making any generalizations) seem to assume we are all like over here)

It's a common misconception created by action movies that grenades blow stuff up. They really don't. They contain explosives which propel pellets or other stuff. These are frag grenades, anyway. As far as I know, there is no fireball at all. Maybe a flash and a lot of smoke. When grenades are used on bunkers, they are thrown INSIDE the bunker where they detonate and rip people to shreds.
