The lighting is messed up because I ran out of memory. The massive buildings in the background were done with a portal sky. Do not ask when it will be released. Do not be "cute" and ask anyway.

Brad, you can increase your virtual memory (if you havent increased it to the max already) and his memeory should be good until its released. If you dont know how i can prolly help you with that, sine... but im sure you got it under control. Yeah... stack dumping stuff sucks.

He ran out of physical or virtual memory, and virtual memory is quite fixable. And I think he's already fixed it by rebooting, because mIRC was taking two thirds of his system RAM for some reason. If not, he can use the -lomem switch to compile with less memory and consequently, less speed. At the very worst, he'd need someone else to compile it.

This is going to look great once you have the lightmaps done properly. You have the Nar Shaddaa feel down pretty well.

Great! I am SO looking forward to playing this level.. and I agree with the others, maybe a mini-cargo-ship-thing can clip a building or another ship, and tilt, dropping some boxes out of it's cargo holds (I'm thinking ships like the military troop transport helicopters... with the sides open so stuff can fall out [http://forums.massassi.net/html/smile.gif])... and drop them on enemies by accident. I'll definitely keep the falling objects idea in mind. As for how much is done.. most of the architecture and lighting. Not much else. Since a nolight compile doesn't take more than 10 minutes, it won't be hard for me to script everything, add enemies, cutscenes, etc, and test it.. so.. yeah, who knows really?

Out of curiosity, how much RAM *do* you have, Sine? I've got two 512 sticks of DDR in my compooper.

Other than that, that's quite possibly the most incredible thing I've seen on this forum, even without the lighting.
