marginal. Looks cool, but not much... clarity.. a little overdone... needs more unity... as well as a touch of philosophical boldness.

Thanks. I don't know how to really do that though. I though about adding stars in the backgound, but that would just add more confusion....

Edit: Can you be more specific? Because I can change anything- it's in 3 layers. 1 for each word and 1 for the line.

Its too busy. Try doing the Mod in the same style text as "Power" is in.
That orange underline is out of place.

If you must keep the "mod" like that clean up the lines. Most of them are not at the same angles. You should be able to do 45 degree angles with something in whatever program you are using.
My suggestion is to not even bother with that fancy 'wireframe' text.
