Well sure. I also like my level where theres a huge box and 4 swinging hammers that kill you. Im not gonna even showcase it or release it since its not the most visually pleasing thing ever. Gotta think what people would really want to play, like some new swoop models. I have heard a lot of people want luke's ROTJ speeder bike, so that might be a thing you would want to take up.

You just reiderated what i said. I didnt say it was worthless, i said people night not want to play it. And the other instance was a default JA skin with a small image pasted on it. Everyone else who commented on it said the same thing.

So yeah... i didnt say it was worhless. i said people might not want to play it, which is what you said, also.

Yeah, well....so I don't know....It's morning and noone from the staff wrote me back so I guess it's ok and I let this thread stay as it is.
I'll check this in the afternoon again... if nothing is happening then I let it stay as it is. As I said in Germany it's not a big deal showing these pictures (but I don't like to get banned from Massassis or anything else^^).

OK guys...this is not nudism just for the purpose of nudism, it's fantasy art.
I just came from work and had one thought in mind...I'll censor the specific parts myself.
What I wanted to show were these fancy swoops and not nudity just for nudity itself (but most of you have recognized this already, I guess).
Nevertheless...I don't want to bother anyone...so I made some stars at the specific points of the pictures. I hope this satisfies everyone :-) .

you know, cazor, that he's basically bringing the chopper genre to swoops. i'd say if you're gonna use art, you need to include more details in areas with the art itself.. i see some seams and what have you, but not much that defines the shape of the swoop itself. the textures on the exhaust pipes are far more detailed, so it looks sorta out of place. you could easily do a modified overlay with the original skin in ps.

i don't really know what to say about the images themselves, but i do know that new things are always welcomed by me. without creativity, there would be no "new" games, just rehashes of older games. yes, i'm taking this example to an extreme for the sake of argument, but there are new gems that pop up every so often that redefine the given genre.

massassi needs new stuff. i'm not talking about tcs, mods based of something that's already out there; but rather, "new" concepts. stop bashing new people just for the sake of their showcases being different than the typical massassi showcase. it's really starting to bug me to the point where i'm thinking about leaving massassi completely and submitting my work elsewhere. what good is any form of creativity in a closed-minded community?

Cazor, Blood Asp, and saberopus are the only ones who said anything somewhat relevant to the showcase... (oh, and echoman too... how could I miss him?? )

Personally, I think it's an alright idea, but you might want to make it look more like the drawings are actually painted on to the bike (ie, have some bike details in there, too, and allign the drawings correctly)... do that, rather than just sticking a picture on as the texture.

Maybe a little bit fast designed...improvements are possible. I agree
