... yes, Wings3D CAN make you fly.


Overall view of my saber.


Closeup view of the hand guard. It's made of a material that reflects lightsabers. It is very hard to make and very rare and VERY expensive, which is why it is near impossible to make full body armor or other defensive material out of.


The big button here is held down to emit the saber.. if it is let go, the saber is deactivated, so the jedi doesn't accidentally cut him/herself up. If a JEdi needs to throw his saber, he simply needs to use the Force to keep the button depressed, or use a piece of gum.

So, there's my dream saber. Comment. This is my second model in Wings3D, I'm open for suggestions on how to improve it.

I really don't like the design, but I've never been one to stomp on someone's dream.

Aside from that, great job with Wings3d, especially for your 2nd model. Perhaps I'll have to take a 3rd look at Wings3D, but I still never really liked it to begin with.

I assume that is a dual saber, in which case I'd say it looks a little bit short. The guards also look a bit too big, and.. odd.

As much as a two-handed saber with hand gaurds is a good idea (as i'm someone who always uses two-handed sabers in JA,) They look really.. umm...


It's a very good idea, and everyone has beta's first off

I'd suggest Re-designing it and maybe making the actual handle a little longer.

I meerly said that I don't see why people make sabers for games. Your design was wonderful, I just don't see why people put effort into them, when they're like .0007 percent of the game.
