The textures are rather plain, but the model is excellent. I suggest you Google Image Search for various desert camoflauge patterns, and try those. Maybe even use on as a source texture, because the stripes method doesn't get all the detail that should really be there. You should also try some forest camoflauging.

I see no steering wheel, but I don't mind.

What is a sig you may ask. A sig is only a small factor in the flow of life. It is just a minor detail of the universe we live in. To understand the true purpose of this sig, you must understand how life influences it. To do that you must understand how the functions of life work in the world. There you shall know how time plays a role. Time and life are...you sir! Is that a monkey?

I knew someone would say that!
It's the all new, voice controlled verison..
actually, no, i completely forgot about it and noticed right after i posted.. im adding steering wheel and pedals now!

a little interesting note, i tried to add glass, which looks really nice ingame, except for 1 thing.. when you look through it, the part of the 3do behind it dissapears.. :S its really weird.. any ideas?

as for the textures, i wasn't necessarily striving for a military vehicle.. maybe just civies, but thanks for the suggestions

Yeah Brad, trannsparent 3dos block out 3dos behind them. No way around it.

[Edit: Just take the glass you have out, it'll look better like that methinks.]

Here is a long shot:

Try openning the 3do file in a text file and then cut and paste the glass parts to the very end of the file (but before the heirarchy info). This would force the glass parts to be drawn last in the 3do. Besure to correct the mesh index numbers as well as the index numbers in the heirarchy information.

I learned from writing a 3do loading program that transparent objects should always be drawn last.

Oh yeah, backup your 3do before doing this. I hate to cause you to lose your model.

Another thing you could try is a simpler transparency based glass texture... (Ie, what you'd see in older games, white streak or two, and the rest tranparent...)

No, Brad was right. "Sweet" would mean that the terrain would be sour. However, the current title is worded as to give the meaning - driving over rough terrian is now easy.

Annnnnyyyyyyyyyways, that looks really nice, espescially the last shot with the pedals and steering wheel.
