on a more serious note, the Second one looks a LOT better. I didn't have any problems with load times or anything, but I understand why some, especially dial-up users, wouldn't be able to load it... so... *shrug*

my comment: Second page is fine, first one dont. BUt i dont think that black text on almost black background is good idea. Better try white text.. also that huge macromedia is lagging hard, but.. its fine for me.
