I can't see how those screenshots could be mistaken for anything but a bunch of darkness. I'm sure the level oozes atmosphere in-game, but saying it looks like JO or JA is just ridiculous, because the screens are nearly pitch-black.

Jipe, you need to get a brighter monitor before you even think about playing Laboratory... here are some brighter shots...

Ya know, LEC textures can be put to good use occasionally... this is one of those good uses. Just the mere fact that it's an LEC texture doesn't mean it needs to be changed. I think it looks great here.

It doesn't look like JA at all. That said, it looks incredible.

Nice. You know, you should make it so that as you walk down the hall, creepy sounds play, louder and scarier as you get closer to the end of the hall. Then when you walk through the door...

BAM! A bad guy jumps on you and takes half your health, and you have to react quickly or he'll finish you off.

If I hear one more person say "ONGL lolz i touhtg taht wuz JA!!11" I'm going to have a stroke! Why do people say that?! I'm sure at least 75% of them never even thought it was JA on first sight, and the other 25% I'm even more puzzled at.

Here's some clues that might help some of you people out in the future:

- Spiral is working on Labratory. Labratory is for JK. When Spiral has something to show, chances are it's Labratory. Don't be cute and claim you thought it was JA. Not only does it make you look ignorant, but it also suggests A) That you can't key in on a few simple clues (HUD, low-poly weapon model, LEC textures, vertex lighting, archaic texture filtering) and B) That you don't give a **** about Spiral's project, because if you did, you'd know it was for JK.

If you're going to argue that you said it for the sake of saying it just to be cute, or as a compliment, don't. It's not a compliment. It's just stupid.
