Seriously, I couldn't tell what engine that was until I noticed dflt.mat O.o

Looks good... reminded me of the first AvP for some reason

oooooo! i recognize that texture pack -i tried to use it for a project back when i had JO... didn't work out though [http://forums.massassi.net/html/frown.gif]

So what engine is that again? did you keep the textures in their original format? or did you convert them to .mats for jk?

If those green lights don't animate, they need to. It would make it look even sexier while adding more atmosphere in my opinion.

Well, right now its not much. Just an idea i've had that i've wanted to do. What im going for is a quake\avp feel.

1) Its mots...

2) Yes it is a bit darker than I planned, i will probably lighten it a bit...

3) No the green lights dont animate yet...

4) I used the "t8dm6" textures. Honestly I dont remember where I got the pack. Ive just recently come back to editing, its been a while.

5) There is no dflt mat in there, thats just the texture I used.

6) The materials are regular jpgs converted to 16 bit with mat16.

And thanx for the feedback, i will post more shots as i get more of the level done.

I like everything except for the blandness of the end of the hallway in the second shot. The surroundings of the rooms look nice, but there doesn't seem to be anything in the interior. If it's for MP, you might want to consider adding some sort of interior architecthure for cover.

Grismath, thx for the input, about the blandness, I do agree with you. But the level is not near done. Ill be adding pillars and more archi once the main of level is done.

Heh... well ive seen him make maps that are infinately better looking than 99% of the Jk maps made with JED. So either it takes a lot of talent to even use JKedit, or everyone rips on it for no reason. I think this looks awesome, and i dont care what editor was used.
