I'll say it slowly - no, those are not my models - I wrote a program to playback/create animations in the native outcast/academy format.
I'll write up a FAQ or info page someday about it, and put it up on my site.
LongStoryShort: XSI and MAX have a beee-autch of a time getting animations from their individual programs in to the right format for use in outcast/academy, which is a huge problem.
On the flipside - an animation program that is FREE to get and use AND works in the outcast/academy native format, is a problem to make (since it doesn't exist), but would make it easier to get animations from the program to the game.
The other bonus of writing your own program is that you can attempt to add any feature you'd want.
