Ooooooh, almost as sexy as the real thing.

I suggest you darken the texture just a bit, it seems all too light for in-game. Then again, JA has a bit more shading on faces and junk. I still think he looks like he's in direct flourescent light...

I will follow this thread, as you know I would go gay for Morpheus... so don't stop posting shots, or you die.

You're doing his England inspired coat, correct? The one with the shoulder-overcoat, and the odd colored tie? That's the coolest outfit, by far, that he wears.

That's most likely because his face is on a black background. But the top could definately use a bit of darkening, I guess.

JA makes player models a bit darker ingame than what the model really is. So if it looks a bit too bright now, it should look better ingame.

The skin is great and looks very much like Morpheus.

But still it is somehow "younger" than Morpheus. But good.

The tie looks a little warped, and I suggest putting more polygons into rounding the head. With hair, few polygons is okay, but there's nothing worse than a low poly bald head.

And tell him to spit out the tobacco.

It looks great, but the problem with using photo-raped textures for something as glossy as the coat is that those glare marks are going to look out of place at certain times. I recommend remaking the coat texture from scratch and adding a shader. The photo-textures still work for the face and shirt, though.

[edit] ignore the warped texture see in the side view, occurded when i edited the mesh and will be fixed...later...after 15 people comment on it when i said ignore it...not really...ill shut up now

Better, but still puffy. Notice that Fishburne, even old as he is now, still has those defining cheek bones.

I know you photorapped that picture, but the whole front looks skinny and stretched. It's how you did the UV maps or something.

Looks great so far, I also love that jacket texture, I just think the only thing that needs to be changed is his skin tone, it should be a little darker.
