It's what the title said! Two drawings that I made a while ago, the soldier took maybe 1 1/2 hours to make, while the orcish type thing took about an hour.. and saddam took about 1/2 hour, including the coloring.

BTW the thing that Saddam is saying isn't really supposed to be.. funny.
P.S.: Go easy on the criticism, I'm only 13..

Uhh.. he's kind of stumbling because he got shot with an arrow, note the arrow sticking out of his back, and him dropping his axe...?

He looks like Mario... [http://forums.massassi.net/html/tongue.gif]

Saddam != Mario.
Stalin == Mario.

The Saddam is funny. it does look like Mario.

Whereexactly is the soldier pulling that gun from?
2004-02-14, 11:02 AM #6
He's not pulling it, he's just holding it, it's an M60, so he's transporting it, while his secondary weapon is on hand.

That made me think of another title for a game:

The Super Hussein Brothers!

I wonder when somebody will make a game like that...

and im supposed to be impressed because? dont make me whip out my 4th grade drawings...

As for -Monoxide- great work man, keep drawing, good start.

Some tips:

- erasers are bad as they crap up your drawings
- start paying extreme attention to proportions (roughly 7 heads high, etc...)
- In addition to proportions, study joint limits (how far you can turn a wrist/ankle a certain) and how the muscle structure changes as the body is repositioned
- When creating a new character focus in on certain things that make them unique in separate drawings to develop your ideas more clearly instead of some awkwardly positioned figure to display many different aspects of the costume or form.
-If you get hung up on drawing a certain part (mine was always hands) start drawing that over and over until you are comfortable with it. Dont be afraid to use examples or even trace at first to get the feel and the proportions right
- lastly...orange?

Keep drawing

Let's just say that the art isn't very good. I recommend taking some classes.
