Quick 20 minute painting done with my graphire2, painter 8 and photoshop.

done last night before bed. Not as finished as the first, but it's the same model and photo series.

Both of these were drawn using photographs as a reference (photographer and models name escape me at the moment). I really enjoy doing this kind of drawing. I have a folder of 10+ of these things on my comp, and I'll probably post more later.

It might get done if I need an extra piece to turn into my design teacher. Other than that, though, it is pretty much doomed to my "only do half" curse, [http://forums.massassi.net/html/wink.gif]

I'm so spoiled as far as art classes go. We have everything from basic design to advanced computer graphics, which is ANY type of graphic that invovles computers. This quarter I'm focusing on realism. But I'm also spending part of the quarter working on graffiti pieces that I draft on the computer first.

Compos, I hate you. I'd kill for a computer graphics class at my school. The best we have is the default Art 1 and Art 2, neither of which I'm interested in.

I loathe animation master. I spent a full year on that program, and it still gives me nightmares. I'm not big on 3d anyways, but I'd much rather spend my time with lightwave [http://forums.massassi.net/html/smile.gif]

In the first one is it just me or is she wiping her...

Very high-quality though regionally-concentrated work.

He does know, but he's a total PC fanboy. Don't bother starting a debate, because the last one just ended with Cool Matty having his foot in his mouth.

Do you hold your tablet flat and use it like you're sketching, or do you put it verticle and use it like you're painting?

I leave it flat, like I'm drawing. Most the time, it's on portrait layout, too.
