Torso is awful long. Leg's are short... arms outta proportion. As for the waist... does the girl eat, or is she just trying to kill herself? Proportions quite off in other words. Muscles on back of right calf look off. Knees and ankles look off. So does the left elbow...
Shading looks pretty good, though the shadows on boths sides seems wrong. At least when they're same width shadows. Try removing some of the shading on the top.

ok... the obvious anatomical problems, are, obviously, obvious, and please disregard them... Yes, in relation to the legs, the torso is stretched, and the arms (especially the elbows) are f00ked. It's the other stuff that is the point of the drawing... no one is going to use it to model a figure.

I like the design overall. Initially it seems like a laid back type of character, but the sword ofcourse reveals ability to kick butt n.n
