Very good. A few things though.

I don't like the eyelashes, they seem too dark/long, and make him seem very feminine. (The rest of him looks military-ish, so the two images kinda clash.)

And yes, I agree. It needs my hat. [http://forums.massassi.net/html/tongue.gif] Or maybe make him French, and tilt the hat, berrete style. (s?)

The ear is up too high. Other than that I like.

yeah, top of ear should be in line with middle of eye.
