The left hand looks to be at on odd angle which makes me reposition the body all-together. Both hands have the 4 fingers at equal lengths which just looks odd in compairison to the rest of the body which is in much better proportions. Although, the face looks a lot less 3D than the rest of the body, but maybe that's what you were trying to do? More colors there would give it a 3D look. Else I like it (The shadow brush-sizes look too big, in my opinion, but that's only artistic taste).
