The icicles look sort of unrealistic...And put snow/ice on everything. As for rust, it wouldn't get warm enough for the ice to melt to rust the base...would it?

There does need to be snow on ALL the tops though. Have also snow scattered about on the flat surfaces..

Water does not cause rust directly. Although it quickens the process, oxygen reacts with iron over time to form iron oxide, aka rust.

And yes, I don't think it looks much like the hoth I know... and yes, I think it needs more snow ontop of everything that doesn't have snow.
