Now...a mapping quistion. I just totaly lost my insperation to do a poject. Now i thought 'since i am hangin around alot on massassi lets ask them for some ideas'. Now i have even changed that quistion. So now i ask:

"i want to make a beautiful level with magic buildings and towers and such. But i dont got any inspiration, so i ask you make some ground plans, buildings, towers, or other magical thingy's and post them here.

I think i am gonna call it: life in through massassians ...never mind

Anyway, I have always thought that a man must get his own ideas for a map. Otherwise it's all the more likely you will just scrap it at some point - after all it wasn't your original idea, so why finish it...

I can't speak for all the others, but I know I'm not the only mapper who feels every now and then a map is not worth mapping anymore. The moment may come when the grand idea, or the best, most interesting part of the map has been mapped, and there's nothing but the dull grunt's work left.

You just gotta remember that don't start a map if the idea won't last till the end. The best moment, after all, is when you finally get rid of the map (the good way).

I'd be bored because I hate the procedure of mapping itself. It's just the work to get your idea to paper, hmm, to the player is better I think. But if he likes to edit... Why not?

More fangs? Make it more agressive looking.
Somewhat more interesting textures might help too. Or at least add some trims and alike.
