The reason this area is taking so long is because it's made up almost entirely of models (that's really the only way to rotate objects and not have Radiant deform them). It's filling up, though.
A desperate disease requires a dangerous remedy.

A major source of objection to a free economy is precisely that it gives people what they want instead of what a particular group thinks they ought to want. Underlying most arguments against the free market is a lack of belief in freedom itself.

Some of the graffiti colors look too bright, I think they should be dirtied up more.

Bright -and- solid. The colors need to be broken up.

There should be more bleeding of the graffitti paint. Looks like the person who made the graffiti used a stencil.

Guess Im being picky, but when its that good I have to pick on the picky things

But..spray paint doesn't really do that, unless you hold it in place close to the surface..

If it's newly sprayed, then yes. Even new spraypaint sticks to the lumpiness and contours of the wall, anyway.

I umm, use spraypaint alot. Letting it run is a particular technique, but it won't run unless you either don't know how to use it, or you want it to. Don't worry about that, but it is a bit too bright/solid for the atmosphere.

the grafitti does look flat--- Try drawing it in overlay mode instead of normal mode.

The only reason why I mentioned bleeding is because I pictured the graffittists (real word?) being punk alien kids taging things and running. not doing such a perfect job on the walls since they are in a rush. Just sort of an atmosphere thing is what I was trying to get accross

They're not drawn on the texture. They're drawn separately, and applied as decals.

I'm not sure, but won't a little translucency do the job?

They're already a bit translucent, if you look closely.

well, its not really 'too clean'. you do know there must be janitors on some part of the planet, right? it cant all be completely dirty.

anyways, yay for using those ceiling and floor textures. they're my favorites in the whole JO/JA nar texture set, although if you wanna try flipping them just to see how it looks (since the ceiling is meant to be a floor) it might fit better.

Nice parts!? What "nice parts"?! Think for a second: ITS NAR SHADAA (and its a moon, not a planet). It looks good, bit i've gotta ask: is that "indoor highway" going to be a through-building passageway? (like the ones on coruscant, or Nixx's warehouse)

And Raoul, I'm into graff a bit. I'm not the best, but I don't really think I'm too horrible at my lettering and 3D.
