It's from Natural Selection, an extremely fast-paced Half-Life mod that pits aliens against Terran Marines. You'll have to play it to learn more...

Updated the joke a bit. Added a few more sounds and made the skulk do an extra bite (because he only did two instead of three, messing up the joke a bit)

Zell, next time you play, look down at the structure on the floor when you're building it, you'll see the building bar. That's what it is. As for the presentation, that was hilarious, especially the "res whore" part at the end.

... it also shows the HEALTH of the structure when you look at it, which is what Zell was saying.
