You guys seem to be forgetting that as long as a texture is black and white, it will work in JK, no matter how detailed it is.

So, if his left cheek is more or less wide open, why can't we see through his right cheek? Assuming you're going for symmetry, naturally. Otherwise it looks quite good. A tad generically Giger-esque, but that's alright.
If it breaks, you get to keep both pieces.

well, it's not as open on the left as you'd think.. undernieth his frint left incisor you'll see a little white triangle.. that is for the small hole in his right side. as I had said, the hole isn't as large as u'd think... it's just an illusion I suppose

*picks up eyeballs off the floor* Maybe a picture on a wall or something...It would be hard to make a model or anything out of this, too much detail...unless it were a statue or something... Pretty much what the first people said.

"Isn't it funny how the word 'politics' is made up of the words 'poli' meaning 'many' in Latin, and 'tics' as in 'bloodsucking creatures’?"

Contrary to most tutorials, JK2Radiant is terrible.

Well don't just sit there, REPLY!!!

The cheek is open, but there's that bone (or whatever) just behind, so that'd block out some of the light. My question is, how does he get rid of the bugs? Really, it'd suck like hell to not be able to close your mouth (impossible for him, since his jawbones are already touching...). Unless that bone/tongue thing is supposed to be some weird new musculature...

the outside things arn't his jaws... they are just plates.. the inner tounge thing you speak of IS his jaw.. it's like he has a jaw inside another jaw.... I know that sounds strange, but that's the way I desinged it... rest assured.. it all works out in my head...

I'm assuming that the paper is manilla, but that's all i could tell you there. as for the "jaw within a jaw", do you mean something like what you'd find on a Xenomorph (Alien), only one that talks instead of biting?

The paper is printer paper, and I drew it with a plain old number 2 pencil. the paper looks yellowed cause I messed with the color to make it more presentable. I really don't like it when people refer to giger's alien as a xenomorph. It is never referred to as that to my knoledge except in the AvP games. In Aliens, Lt. Gormon uses the word "Xenomorph" but is quickly corrected by Hudson that a xenomorph is simply another term for a "bug hunt". If they were called Xenomorphs, then Giger would have called it a Xenomorph instead of just plain "Alien".

Well, "xenomorph" actually means "alien" or rather "alien form".
The drawing is quite impressive, btw.

Actually, Hans Rudi Giger referred to it in his original drawings as The Passenger.

That sounds gigerish, but on the first official drawing for the movie it says "Giger's Alien" and the top

Looks awesome, except for the teeth. They look too... I dunno, human? Maybe make them pointier, or longer, or something. Overall, good work.
