what you have right now is a good start. it's dark, which is good, but there aren't many details shown in the lit areas.

That third screenie wouldn't actually look too bad at all if you -

1) made it as dark as the first two

2) made that pool of water a bitm ore round and had some cool contraptions and cables suspended over it, and more grates and pipes.

Pretty cool-
I agree with Daft_Vader about the last part. In the first 2, maybe put some sort of effect thing zapping between the two parts of the pillars, or use a cog (or whatever-I don't edit JK) to make them crusher things.
Other than that, great!
