That's the interior of the YT-1800 Celphi. I'm making most of the level archi for JKDomination's MotS SP episode he has worked on since 2002. However, there's some results. And something.

Well?

I think those hanging wires might be a bit overused. Other than that it's great [http://forums.massassi.net/html/smile.gif]

Yes, I've been thinking the same too... if I had variable hanging wires I'd probably put them.

Maybe have a few not hanging as low, some that are more stretched out horizontally with less of a dip in them. Love the lightning by the way [http://forums.massassi.net/html/smile.gif]

Hehe... unlike Luke, I like it. [http://forums.massassi.net/html/smile.gif] It's cool.

But the wires are a bit two dimentional. .'/ And they need more variety.

Yes, I'm going to include different wires there... but at this point I'm still going to keep them 2D. And I'm going to change the E-11, don't worry about that either [http://forums.massassi.net/html/wink.gif]

A lot of those textures look stretched, and too constant. As well, the wires shouldn't be nearly as used. There's a difference between a ship, and a ship that's not put together yet. Even the MF had all it's wires in the head-panels. Doesn't do good for atmousphere.

As well, I don't see any lighting at all. I think if you're going to make it so broken down, make it lacking in a lot of light. Major light sources that are really bright, then just dim the rest.

Otherwise, not bad.

I'm trying to achieve a "piece of junk" atmosphere for the ship, and I hope I've been successful.

And I'll look to your points specifically when I'm less lazy.

Not necessarily better, but:

Just wow. Very atmospheric. The wires I don't think are too overused, maybe just remove a couple.

Not many though! They look real cool, and so does everything in those screenshots.

Yeah, almost everything has been mentioned allready. It looks awesome.
So, to get closer too perfection I have some suggestions: [http://forums.massassi.net/html/smile.gif]

What is bugging me most are those grey cylinders, they look really out of place. And the standard darkgrey box.

The second thing are some mats, like the grate (i think it's called like that) mat on the last picture. It's too stretched.

That grey table with the grey thing behind it is a bit too grey for me, too.

But this are all just minor things, I love the level. [http://forums.massassi.net/html/smile.gif]

Hmm, I see what you mean.

I'm just trying to make the interior look like there's cargo transported, as it's part of JKDomination's story of the level... Maybe I've just been "hee hee hee I threw a barrel there and there and there" but I'm quite sure I will change their places (and the interior a bit) at some point. [http://forums.massassi.net/html/wink.gif]

If I just could manage to make the lighting affect the items... I hope I'll succeed in that at some point. And the grate, I think I'll put something else there if I manage to find something that look better..

Didn't the YT-1300 have a cargo hold? I don't think they'd just have the cargo in the middle of the sitting area and stuff...You should make a cargo area (twoards the back of the ship) and have some boxes and whatnot, maybe have a few turned over with some items comming out... There are a few nice open box 3dos here at massassi if you want to check them out [http://forums.massassi.net/html/smile.gif]

Hmm, maybe I should put the boxes somewhere towards the back, but Celphi YT-1800 is still a small ship...

Thanks for the idea, though.
