New Models -- Overboard on Kyle's polies!

First thing's first. New female player model. Yeah, seen a couple already, I know, but I had already started to work on this. Oh, btw, this is MaDaventor's female model (the less-complete version can be found on his web site). Too bad he didn't get to continue it himself [http://forums.massassi.net/html/frown.gif], especially with the release of ForceRemap (he said that texturing was the main thing that holding it back)

Poly count: 743
[http://www.massassi.net/ec/images/14315.jpg]

Okay, next, we have a new Kyle. The only unchanged feature so far is the head. I think I went a little crazy on the polies though. [http://forums.massassi.net/html/redface.gif]

Poly count: 1365

And Kyle rendered (I lost the textured version I had for the female model, so I need to remap it again)

I have a lot of work to do to finish these, and I would like criticism for how I can make them better. Thanks [http://forums.massassi.net/html/smile.gif]

(last minute addition)
Okay, 20 cookies to whoever can guess what this is a model of. [http://forums.massassi.net/html/smile.gif]

Wow, cool. Does the kyle model still work with the JK keys or did (do) you have to write knew ones?

Do we get an in-game pic of the female model? [http://forums.massassi.net/html/wink.gif]

Kyle seems to have somekind of manboobs there [http://forums.massassi.net/html/wink.gif]

However, when you get the female model textured... please send it to me.

Yay! OMF: 2097 bot! Don't remember the name, but that's the one that does the headbutting and the fist flinging.

Just a small observation. Non-muscular women's shoulders tend not to be wider than their hips.
If it breaks, you get to keep both pieces.

Ummmm....An Alien enemy! Right? Am I right?
Heh...Very nice models! They are no longer people who were rendered with a butcher knife; they seem to be made with a brushstroke...erm...That's good, ok?

Have you ever been philosophical? It's pretty fun.
Well don't just sit there, REPLY!!!

Oh, but Kyle's head is too blocky in comparison to the rest of the body...(I realized you asked for criticism [http://forums.massassi.net/html/wink.gif])
But really great otherwise!

The Nerfherder gets the cookies. [http://forums.massassi.net/html/smile.gif] Yes, it is Shredder from One Must Fall 2097. [http://forums.massassi.net/html/biggrin.gif] I had an idea, to make a OMF:Battlegrounds-like mod for JK, except it would use the original 11 robots. Would anyone be interested in that?

Sure FastGamerr, I'll send you a copy of the textured female when I get that done. And yes, Kyle has manboobs [http://forums.massassi.net/html/rolleyes.gif]

btw Daeron, thanks for that observation about the hip-shoulder info. I'll see what I can do...

I hadn't thought about the backpack being 3d; not a bad idea Echoman.

Oh, yeah, they both use the dflt JK keys.
