OK, I still can use comments on the script for the mod. Changes can be made at any time. you can find it here.

Anyways, I can use all the advice I can get. Compliments are good too, though, but if oyu hated it, please tell me why, at the very least. Oh yeah, and the level PK is working on in another showcase thread is the first level.

Haven't read through the whole thing, but it is nice that you're actually planning ahead instead of just making it all up as you go along. [http://forums.massassi.net/html/smile.gif] You seem to be keeping the levels small fast action set-pieces, which is an interesting idea.

I had to save this thread from falling off the edge of the world without a single post. I mean, even some of the angsty poetry people post get a few posts.
If it breaks, you get to keep both pieces.

Ohhh yeah this was worth creating a whole new thread over. I wouldent call it "PK" bad naming. call it "Coruscant" It would fit better due to the maps theme.

Ignoring the fact that it's impossible to follow the storyline without any character names, they orginization of thoughts is poorly done. Place spaces after colons, 2 of them. Action for a screenplay should be double spaced away from the dialogue, and usually kept italicised, or something similar. Fix these things, and I'll be able to read it. Hell, even if their names were bob and ann, I'd have an easier time.

It was a word document, but my webmaster had to convert it to .txt for download. Otherwise, it was well formatter. Sorry about that. I uploaded a new version of the script, with character names included, (oops, sorry about that), and many levels cut out. It will be updated as soon as my lazy webmaster puts it up, so watch this page.

Yeah, I do blame most of my problems on my lazy webmaster. But he is!

Well, that's all I ask for.
And, Casperhead, I plan to pass on that comment to my team. I think that they will be very interested in what you have to say. Also, an explanation of what you mean would be nice. If you think that the setting is bad, you must remember that this is set after the NJO series of books, which places this story almost thirty years after the Battle of Yavin, or twenty-six years after the Battle of Endor. It is a different time, a different place, and a completely different set of characters, with no interaction with the original cast of Star Wars or the Jedi Knight games. This is because I took out all of the Tournament levels, excluding Darkness.

Oh yeah, and by the way does it include making a map that looks like coruscant, and then saying it's bespin, and then saying it's a planet called "PK???" If thats the case then the only chaos in the galaxy is the debate on what to name the planet.

Ummm.... Where did the planet 'PK' come from? I could have sworn that it was named something totally different. It was a space station in the original script, but my updated 1.1 version gives it a completely different name. Now then, I know I am restating, but if you dislike the project, then you can say so. Just don't take up forum space puting up these posts that have little/no use. Your comment on the maps should be directed towards the appropriate thread.

Well, I didn't give the mappers wrong reference. The script lays out the storyline, the flow, and the major events. it's up to them to decide how to implement it. In this case, PK was using screenshots from AOTC:TC.
