me neither, this was made completely in Milkshape then converted into gmax just to export into Halo.

it's possible to get stuff made in GTK into Halo but it's alot of work, if your starting a map from scratch it's better to start it in a modeling program.

I've been testing this with some folk on the EF board. hopefully it should only be a few more weeks and I can release this.

Whoa! That's really sweet. Beta and Delta Stations were my favorite levels.

heh heh, yeah.
although, it acctualy is red now. you may notice that the lights have that black behind them and don't have transparency, and that's because I was useing the wrong shader, which I have since fixed.

And by the way, one thing I really like about mapping for Halo, 100% shader lighting. No worry about illogicaly placed entity lights, you just create the light source and your set.
And also, since Halo is completely model based, I have yet to see a single "boxy" level. quite a nice change from brush based editing.

Also, shishnit, I may have a way to do that, with converting from radiant, to gmax to halo.

Also, ROFL Thrawn, love that from red vs. blue and that djwguitarman didn't get that joke....

And finally, djwguitarman, may I please talk to you about making a level from design plans I have drawn out? The level I designed shouldn't be too hard to make, and in my opinion, would be extremely fun to play.

anyway, I'm planning one more session of testing and unless you've got a really good connection and can host more than 4 w/o lag then the server's full.

I can prolly do that, only if I can get in touch with the guy who hosts the server. He is really the only one who can add a new map to the server. If I can get with him, we can do it.
