Barrel looks kind of long, but I'm just going by memory of CoD. Now get someone to texture it.

The barrel is too long, and the butt plate seems to be shaped wrong, but besides that it seems perfect.

I wish I hadn't stopped modeling.

If you guys are thinking of the Thompson, then the barrel is too long. But if it's supposed to be the BAR, then the barrel is just right. Great job, I just finished playing CoD a few minutes ago for the first time. [http://forums.massassi.net/html/biggrin.gif]

Judging by the stock and the size of that clip, it's almost definitely a Tommy. It doesn't have the length or weight of the BAR. I don't see a single reference photo out there of a Tommy with a barrel that length, so you should definitely make it just a little nub after the wood grip.

-_- You guys, it's obviously a Thompson SMG, that looks nothing like a Browning Automatic Rifle, Everything looks great, just de-lengthen that barrel a bit and it will be perfect

Several variants were made, including this one which has a 16" barrel. I actually made it a tad longer than the reference, just because I felt like it. The shorter barrel version was used on the battlefield by allied troops, the longer was used by gangsters on the streets.

Accually, there are many different versions of the Thompsion .45 Submachine gun, such as the M1 enhancement with 16" barrel:
