I like it, except for the mouth, he looks like he's puckering, unless that what you wanted.

I want a Wacom. [http://forums.massassi.net/html/frown.gif]

Nice, but blurry. The face looks fairly bizzare as well, but maybe that's what you were going for.

Banks and banks of humming machinery! I've never seen so many knobs. We're going to have to do something, Charlie! Try pushing that button there. No? How about that one? No, not that one either. I know! I'll try pushing this one. Hold my hat will you? Good fellow.

Yeah, it was just mostly testing my color abilities.
But now I've got something new, I whipped it up in about an hour.

With a Wacom, nothing is easy when you just got it. It took me 6 months to get any good with that damned thing.

Wow, your right, it does look like Judge Dredd.
I've only had the tablet for 2 weeks. Drawing with it is hard, but coloring is easier, because you can be less accuracte.

God I hate Sylvester Stallone. But that's okay. Looks very nice, even though it's still blurry.

If you make it pressure sensitive, things are much easier. Also, use layers. Lots of layers.

I have my pressure sensitivity on and set to half way. I agree with what you said about layers.

I would recommend moving away from the dodge/burn tool towards the paintbrush. It just looks better

For dark areas: Use a dark color.
For light areas: Use a light color.
For mid tones: Guess.

Yeah, start out with some basic tones (you just have to guess), use the paintbrush at a low opacity (20-40% usually) and use the dropper like crazy to smooth out the color
