I just got Doom 3 and I decided to fiddle around with it's editor. I got going and started to make some really cool stuff. I decided that in my level I should show off Doom3's awesome lighting engine. So here is my first Doom3 level, it's a W.I.P.

So to execute this uber-intellectual joke, you looked at a blackened wall and took a screenshot.

Its a shame they didn't have you around on the mars facility, maybe you could have stopped the whole demon outbreak or... you know.... get torn apart by an imp.

It made me chuckle. Stereotypes are fun. Doom 3 has no light... and Half Life 2 has no ai, but only scripted events. I mean come on guys, don't be quite so "Since it's Sajn, this isn't funny."

Note: The only reason I pointed out the HL2 thing is because it should be well known by now that I am a HL2 fanboy.

Haha, even if you turn up the gamma from 1.00 to 7.00 you can still only make out the fists and crosshair.

although, if it's true that doom3 framerate goes down the drain in normal/brighter light, at least we know he made an excellent, high performance level
