I'm fairly proficient at drawing (cartoony) people and things with a pen(cil) and paper, but I've found it friggin impossible on only a computer .. no tablet

My second attempt at a gimp-only drawing:


No need to bash, just give me some tips.

Silver lines in the back because I got bored and needed to distract attention away from the face.

It's SUPPOSED to be a girl, but now that I look at it .. er it doesn't quite go either way

I had 2 other attempts, #1 and 3, but they both are too embarassing (1 looks like a rapist and 3's proportions are so incredibly scrappy and out of wack) to post.
