But after my last drawing I kind of caught the drift, and behold the result:

By the way did I mention the weapon is a most sophisticated laser weapon, with as secondairy fire guided missles (the little black joistick on top is for controlling the little buggers.)? How's that for putting on your bedroom wall!

Friggin awesome. I've been working on my drawings lately too. Just need a scanner, now.

You need to learn how to ink ;)

Meh I don't like inking at all, I find pencil drawings much more beautiful.

He sure looks very imperial. Which is a plus. ^.^ Good work! (and no need to ink it if you ask me >.>)

I like inking because, especially for futuristic scenes, it makes it so much sharper, and so much more tech-feeling. Just me though.

Very, very nice either way.

Perhaps, but inking doesn't really work with my style of drawing.

I'm currently working on colouring this, but it might take a while since I'm kinda busy lately. (Uni is a ****)

// hehe I accidently typed omg instead of img in one of the tags :)

The coloured version, which in my opinion isn't as good as the b&w version.

EDIT: Some updates on the clouds, smoke and purple light refelction

I like colored version, it makes it much more lively looking, idk.. that's my opinion, pretty good though, I think you need to make the way he's crouching look more natural, it looks like he would tip over if he actually crouched like that...

Holy ... that is fantastic. Good to see some freehand greyscale art on this forum. I like the purple.
