Ooh. You can't go wrong with the 3 essentials of level design - groovy walkways, sexy terrain, and crystal thingies! :D Seriously, though, looks cool.

If I had that game, I would download your levels. I'm still waiting for UT 2004 Editor's Choice to appear in my local store.

I'm pretty sure the extra content that comes with the Editors Choice version will be available for free download if you already own Ut2k4.

Also, the map looks pretty nice. I would think about toning down the fog a bit, if you could.

I thought about that too. Let's just say that with two 512x512 terrain layers, that would be a very very bad idea. :p

For some reason, it reminds me of the "Phendrana Drifts" underwater section from Metroid Prime. Very nice job, Flexor.
Pumpkins are the only living organisms with triangle eyes.

It looks like Alien-crossed-with-Borg-crossed-with-Myst-crossed-with-Something-Awesome! :eek:

I don't know exactly what it is, but I think anyone who has the game and doesn't download this map has committed a sin against its creator. Fantasmagorical Effort!

There was no accent when I checked. Either way, the word exists in nearly every latin language, there's different versions of it.

IMO, it seems 'overly curvacious', the bridges inparticular.
-There are easier things in life than finding a good woman, like nailing Jello to a tree, for instance

Very cool. I do think it would be better as an underwater level, perhaps... But aside from that, the level itself is just amazing. I wish I had UT2k4 right now...

As for other reccomendations, I might suggest adding beams of light (projected like searchlights from... whatever), as was inspired with the shot showing a shock beam. That might look awesome.

Any thoughts on the theme/description?

That would clog the server though.

UT2k4 maps have much larger file sizes.
