The standard Photoshop brushes can have the effect of looking very sterile and artificial, at least with the method you seem to be using for the two later ones (looks like very rapid line crosshatching with a low opacity on the brush). It isn't
bad by any means, but it's just that they lack definition and contrast, and to be honest, it can look a bit on the crude side. Maybe using varying sized brushes would help too? Strangely enough, the same type of "quick lateral line" can work to quite good effect with for example oils. You might want to give something like
Artrage (freeware) a try and see what type of results you get with it as I understand that you've got a working tablet.
As for the Minaret street type one, I like how you made the buildings so grimy looking and the light blooming effect (don't overdo it). The 1 point perspective seems correct enough too. I'd expecting to see some type of hard light cast down upon the street though, beyond the shadows that the buildings would logically cast. Instead, you've got everything looking a bit murky, as if it were an overcast day (is it? If so, you might want to make the colours further along the street paler or bluer). It also looks a bit strange how while the light only blooms around the left side of the minaret's surface but two buildings to the right you've bloomed the left edge of the house (the one rising up from behind the others).
I don't want to sound too nitpicky, mostly I'm just seeing and commenting on stuff that I'd personally do differently, but otherwise and in general these are fine pieces. If I'm going to comment, I'm not just giving a superficial "OOoooO, Neato! [sig]" post. If you've got more than a passing interest in digital-art then why don't you post your stuff on some art-forum such as sijun.com eatpoo.com or conceptart.org if you want some comments, feedback and critiques from industry professionals? I'd be curious to see some of your hand drawn work too.
If it breaks, you get to keep both pieces.
