Yeah, just a little something I've been doing while I was bored the past few days. I DID NOT MAKE THE SKIN! I converted an old skin I had for GTA3. I don't know who made it, but I commend them for a job well done.

(Yes, I realize that geocities isn't the first choice for a host, but I didn't want to upload 5 images to the EC. So sue me :D)

[EDIT] I should probably mention, textured with ForceRemap, textures were cropped, touched up, and resized with The Gimp, and converted to Mat with Mat16.
