I still have lots and lots of work to do on it. All the openings in the hull will have stuff in them. I also plan on adding an extention to the back of it so it doesn't look so stubby.

i Like the detail in the cockpit. But to my idea...the cockpit is to close to the hull itself

Looks plasticy. Or like a little hotwheels car or something of the same metal

I like it.

I don't really like the ship design, but that's just a matter of personal taste. The modeling is amazing, though. Great interior.

Is that for a game or a special effects project...? That's pretty high poly. However, /me likes. I like the combination of classic scifi bubble cockpit and some airspeeder influence.

Very Nice.

The detail in a cockpit is amazing.

I'm kinda torn on this one. One one hand, I like the retro bubbly simplicity, but the other hand a part of me would prefer harder edges, panels, seams, protruding stabilizers, antennas and such.

It all depends on what it's intended use is. Right now, it looks very friendly, not overtly stylish and unassuming yet not bland. A volvo, if you will, mixed with the rounnd squat lines of a BMW Mini or a VW Beetle :)
If it breaks, you get to keep both pieces.

too bubbly as far as my personal tastes go. it'd look better if it were more lean and angular.

Yeah, the top render on the last picture I posted is cell shaded. I'm still torn on whether I like it more than the normal render. Any input on that?

Cell shade = win. It makes the cockpit look better IMO.

I can so see that in something like Futurama (the cell-shaded version, that is).
